Aydın ÜNLÜER, kardeşleri ile Konya'da başlamış olduğu ticari hayatına 1994 yılında alkollü ve gazlı içecek dağıtımı yapan ve kendi adını taşıyan Aydın ÜNLÜER firmasını kurarak devam etmiştir.
1995 yılında mülkü Aydın ÜNLÜER firmasına ait olan merkezine geçiş yaparak hizmetlerini arttırmaya devam etmiştir. Firmanın bu şekilde yükselişte olması özellikle ana distribütör firmalar tarafından dikkate alınmış ve bayilik ünvanları bölge distribütörlüğüne yükseltilmiştir. 1997 yılında Antalya/Alanya/Konaklı beldesinde otel arsası satın alınarak Turizm sektörüne adım atılmış oldu ve 1999 yılında bu arsa üzerinde Aydınbey Relax Hotel hizmete açılmıştır. 1997 - 2000 yılları arasında Konya Mazda bayiliği ve İsviçre Sigorta bayiliği yapılmıştır.

In 2007, a large number of hotels were bought in Antalya / Side / Evrenseki and Aydınbey Kings Palace Hotel was opened on 2008.
In 2015, Konya / Selçuklu opened the Ramada Plaza Hotel Konya Hotel on the new Istanbul caddesi road in 2016.
Aydın Ünlüer company is working on 1 dormitory project to be opened in Konya in 2017.
